room was clean, beds comfortable, tv could have been bigger only a 32,' breakfast was good and plentiful, waffles, eggs, sausage, muffins, bananas etc, room service was great needed bathroom cleaned after first night and was accommodated, mcdonalds next door, popeyes, 5 guys burgers, subway,2 chinese restaurants, large grocery store, nice thrift store, gas station all across the street, washinghton DC about 10 minutes away, Maryland about 15 to 20 minutes away

To start off the staff was very friendly and accommodating. had a few issues with my key card going out (I kept putting it in the same pocket as my money clip which is magnetic) so that is on me but they where always super friendly about reactivating it. This location is up to date on the rooms and lobby so it was nice and clean. the maids did a fantastic job restocking and cleaning the room everyday while we where out. Location was approximately 15 minutes from Washing D.C. which is fine as long as you beat the traffic. For anyone considering this hotel for thier stay. keep in mind it's free parking and free breakfast and that is something to take advantage of. so including all of that when you factor in the price of this hotel, it can't be beat.

Very good value for money for the services offered. Free parking at the facility. The hotel is 12 minutes from Washington DC. Bathroom with bathtub in the room, very efficient air conditioning and a large flat-screen TV. Comfortable beds and carpeting on the floor.

The staff was friendly and patient. Housekeeping respected the do not disturb signs. I ended up with a last minute booking that was nicely discounted through booking.com.

The customer service was great at the front desk. Very quick and thorough and explained everything in detail. The room was nicer than I expected. The room was very clean, A/C worked great, and an overall good value.

The maid service was positive. Very friendly and responsive to our needs eg need towels, room clean up as soon as you can. Staff, front desk- alerted us by calling us at the Smithsonian that we were supposed to check out. My mistake- I thought I had booked that day. Was able to rebook the same room for another day.

Excellent housekeeping staff; outstanding customer service. I had emailed the staff to ask for help getting room with easy access to elevator or on ground floor since I was traveling with my mom and stepmom and they have mobility issues. The employee was very helpful and very customer friendly. The room was clean and housekeeping staff was excellent. Good quality towels and bedding. The service provided was better than a lot of pricier hotels.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and while the overall experience was great, what truly stood out was the exceptional service I received during breakfast. Virginia, one of the staff members, went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Her warm and friendly demeanor, coupled with her attention to detail, made each morning a delight. She took the time to ensure that all guests felt welcome and attended to, making the breakfast experience one of the highlights of my stay. Thank you, Virginia, for your outstanding service!

I thought the breakfast was good but they seemed to run out of food quickly. Although they did try to replenish it in a timely manner. My room was very clean and comfortable. And the girl at the front desk was very accommodating and got me my room early and was very friendly.

I felt safe. Check-in was fast and easy. I appreciate the Hotel Clerk NOT shouting out my room number when she handed me my keys. There were other people in the lobby and I did not want everyone to know my room number. THAT MADE ME FEEL SEEN & SAFE!!! I was so happy I called a family to tell them about my check-in! My family felt safe knowing I was staying in a hotel with personnel with safety awareness for lone travelers.
